Devan and Trevor formed a partnership because they wanted to work with another individual that complemented experience and skills they had developed over many years. We think that you should seek the same in your investment advisor partnership.

You need to feel comfortable that the advisor you are working with has the training, knowledge and expertise to manage your finances and educate you on the best course of action for your individual situation. We firmly believe we possess the designations and education necessary to advise our clients and believe prospective clients should know more about what this expertise means.

Trevor Polay, CIM, PFP, FCSI

Each of his desginations requires many hours of continuing education each year. Devan's combination of desgination is rare in the financial services industry. Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

For more information on the designations please see the following website. The accounting profession has undergone major changes in the last 2 years. In an effort to simplify the public's understanding of accounting desginations, the three major designations Chartered Accountant (CA), the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified General Accountant (CGA) merged to the new desgination Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Devan was granted both CPA and CMA for his completion of the CMA desgination. The CPA/CMA signifies that Devan has the experience, training and knowledge to be held to the highest standard of accountants. What this means for our corporate and individual clients is that Devan has the credentials to help navigate some of the tax and planning issues that other advisors who lack this accounting background may not be able to deal with.
